Crime and Prison

If someone cannot follow rules and regulations I think they should be punished. Although a lot of laws and such are outrageous and should not be existent. I disagree with some of the reasons people are punished for in modern day society but I agree with the idea of discipline. Without rules and disciplinary actions the world would be a very chaotic place. Rules keep some order in the world.
Now for forms of punishment it may vary. Depending if the person was a fault for committing a murder would change their fate. If someone intentionally killed someone I believe they should be put to death as well. It is inhumane to kill another being. If someone were to kill someone by accident for example with a car (assuming that they were not under the influence and it was the other persons fault or just completely accidental on both parts) they should not be also put to death. They should receive some type of punishment but none as drastic as death. In other terms if someone were to steal I believe they should lose material possessions as well. If a particular individual breaks into a house or store and steals a lot of valuables and other items they should be punished. All the items that were stolen should be returned to the family or person it was stolen from. Also the person at fault should be punished by having something of there won taken from them. Maybe they lose they’re car or something worth a lot to them. I feel this would teach them a lesson and they would not steal again if they know they will lose something of their own if they do.
I do think that prison is a positive thing. They keep criminals captive and give them time to think about what they did. Depending on how severe they’re crime is should determine how long they have to stay in prison. If someone is convicted of selling illegal drugs the child molestation the child molester should be locked away fro a lot longer. Don’t get me wrong they are both terrible things but child molestation is way more serious then the selling of drugs. Now if these criminals do not learn there lesson the first time they should be locked up forever. There should be no third chances. Everyone gets a second chance in life but it shouldn’t take a third or fourth try to realize something needs to change. Some people are just natural born criminals. They will never learn their lessons and should be in jail for their entire lives.
If someone is truly sorry for the crime they committed and is going to change I believe they should be set free a little earlier then their sentence. If they were to slip up at all it is right back to the slammer but if they show that they are truly sorry for their horrible actions they should get a second chance.
In my world of justice prison would not be a nice place. I feel they get a little too much freedom in prison now. They should get stricter curfews and more discipline. It should not be taken lightly. Committing a felony is no joke and people need to pay the price and it shouldn’t be easy. They should get out of jail (if they ever do) scarred for life. They should have a terrible image of prison painted in the back of their heads. If they do I am sure they will not commit another crime because they would not want to go back to such a horrible place.

Blog about what Blog i should Blog about while Blogging on Blogger

When you said write about anything I thought long and hard. I thought a little to hard. I was over thinking about what I should right about because I was procrastinating. I couldn’t decide on a topic that I felt was good enough to write about. This idea was too personal, this one wasn’t enough, that one is just plain stupid. I made this blog much more complicated then it had to be. I have been thinking about what to write since the new blog was posted. I even began to ask my friends what I should write about. Finally my one good friend says to me “Shut up, think of it yourself. It isn’t that hard write about anything. There is so much to write about. Stop over thinking it!” I figured out he was completely right. I was being a little baby about what to write about. Then an idea came to mind. I am going to write a blog about how I couldn’t think of what to write for my blog. The whole process of the rejection of my other ideas will be explained. But first I am going to go get a drink and it is going to take me thirty minutes to get it. I feel the need to procrastinate because I am still unsure with my topic. I’m hopeless when it comes to this stuff. Be back in thirty…
Ok back I ended up making soup instead of getting a drink. What can I say… I got hungry. So anyways my journey for picking a blog topic begins with something personal. It involve my life in general and thought it was a good idea to vent but then I realized I want to vent but do not want anyone to read it. No offense but sometimes I just don’t feel comfortable telling others certain things about myself. I felt insecure so I changed my mind. Then I decided to write about sports. Then I realized that’s too typical everyone is going to write about something in sports. I want to be different and not write about and very common topic. Next I decided to right about something important that happened to me. By that I mean something that was life changing. I thought and I realized if others are not writing about sports they will probably be writing about something that happened to them that was life changing. So I basically want to be different at this point and not right the usual topic of choice. This is where my decision-making became difficult. I was running out of ideas pretty fast. This is where the help of my friend I mentioned earlier comes in handy. His wise words, which were actually meant to be a smart remark, impacted me. He taught me how to not sweat the small stuff and just go with the flow. It makes things a lot easier. I was to busy trying to live life with a rulebook. Now I know life is easier when you don’t think so hard about certain things and just go with your gut.

Long Vacation

If I was given the option to go anywhere in the world I wanted with unlimited money I would go to many places. I would slowly work my way around the places in the world I always wanted to go to. I would visit twelve different places each for a week over the time span of three months. None of which are in the United States. I would stay in the most elegant hotels I could stay in. I would want to live the good life.
First I would go to Puerto Rico. I love it there. I have been there before and it is possibly my favorite island to visit. Next I would go to Cuba. It is not really a place I can visit at the moment but I have family there just like Puerto Rico. I would love to go visit them and see what Cuba is actually like. After Cuba I would continue to work my way down and go to South America. I always wanted to visit Brazil. Its different culture always seemed interesting to me. I also hear that the food they make is amazing and I would love to try it.
After leaving South American I would work my way into Africa. Madagascar would be my next destination. The wildlife there is a sight to behold and I would want to partake it viewing it. Next I would go up to Europe. In Europe I have many destinations. I would visit Spain to explore true Spanish culture and where majority of all Spanish-speaking countries descended from. Next I would go to France to enjoy some French cuisine and gaze at the Eiffel Tower. France is such a magnificent country to be in. After France I would visit there near neighbor Italy. Endless pasta would be all around me. I love Italian food and I would be in heaven surrounded by the best pasta and pizza I could find. After Italy I would pick somewhere completely random to go. Close my eyes and put my finger down on a map of Europe. Ukraine is the country my finger lands on. It is always interesting to see different parts of the world.
Next I would enter Asia. Again I would randomly pick where to begin my voyage. I close my eyes and my fingers lands on the country of Laos. I’ve heard of this place but I know absolutely nothing about it. Another interesting place to visit. After Laos I would visit Thailand. It is a very beautiful country that I would like to explore. There is a lot to do in the spots that are well taken care of. After Thailand I would like to visit Japan. Mostly because I love sushi and would like to experience it from the country it actually came from. My last and final destination would be Australia. Australia has always been a place of interest from me. It has a beautiful ocean surrounding its every edge. It is just a magnificent sight and I would be very grateful to bask in such beauty.
